OrCAD AVR library updated and now available in the Academy!

OrCAD AVR library updated and now available in the Academy!
...did some update today, corrected some glitches and added ATmega3250/6450/3290/6490. The lib should be pretty complete by now (ok, ATmega406 is missing :^) Enjoy, Stefan
