I finally got my board from farnell, and got a device marked with -U, too.
It is the revision I.
Why is an device with the revision I marked with -U?

Where is the speed? (UC3B0256) I think, the problem is, that the local bus of the REV B chips (with the label UES) doesn't work.
So one possibility is to wait for January of February of next year for REV D or...
