LED indicator for software debugging :)
Just stopping by to show and tell that i found my bug. I have a counter variable in an Interrupt for cycling a PWM sine array. That interrupt and PWM output needs to be active in...

LED indicator for software debugging :)
Thanks Larry, I am sure the idea will pay for itself soon enough.

LED indicator for software debugging :)
No question, just a long intro intro into me discovering using an led indication to help debug my code. I could shorten it.

BOD speed, size of filter cap on vcc when powering down?
Say i were to shut off power to the MCU rapidly through a transistor powering the chip without a filter cap on vcc, is this an example that is open for eeprom corruption...

DAC using PWM : Valid low pass filter?
If you have an oscilloscope and a sine wave sweep generator you can hook up to the X-Y of the o-scope and view the frequency response of a filter within your sweep range. I played...

Starting the Xmega produces spikes
Could try a relay to disconnect the output until a few seconds of power up. I think that is what stereo equipment does, most anything i always hear a relay click after being...

Do job One; ++; Do job two.. vs multi-tasking + priority tasks
@ Paulvdh:   What i get from the last comments is that the MCU has headroom to calculate away and stores data into a buffer, then an ISR which is consistently clocked uses...

Do job One; ++; Do job two.. vs multi-tasking + priority tasks
Well, i have repaired a number of synthesizers that you have to tune the envelope lengths with an oscilloscope, so multiple voices all have the same ADSR filter and amplitude...

Name that 1970's capacitor. Great size and specs.
Iv went through and replace all the aluminum electrolytic, the only ones that tested on there way out were 10uf or below. I have seen shorted and burnt tantalum's in the past....

Touch Sensing (Capacitive, Proximity, others?)
With playing around with led switches controlled by Mosfets the charge from my fingers on the gate would keep the leds lit for some time as the charge slowly dissipated. Touching...

Touch Sensing (Capacitive, Proximity, others?)
pnp sources npn sinks. Either way people should play around on a bread board.

Touch Sensing (Capacitive, Proximity, others?)
Play around with simple PNP transistors. Ever touch the base of a transistor and watch it magically sink current through an LED?
