ATtiny817 pin control group register missing?
I have to say though, there is a very limited savings from the XMEGA style register on a port. break even is actually at 3 pins   LDI MASK, {0,4,7} OUT MASK LDI VAL ST PINA0...

@sparrow2   the first part "A" is Atmel confirmation from the design team that the register does not exist    the second part "AArg!..." is my personal opinion....
