High Voltage DC measurement with ISOLATION
You can use an external ADC connected to the high voltage side and transfer the result using SPI through a couple of optocoupers. In this case you only need a cheap optocoupler...

Using transistor to switch the power of KST-TX01
Restart00 wrote:A transistor in a common-emitter configuration is saturated when an increase in the base current produces no further increase in the collector current. The current...

Using transistor to switch the power of KST-TX01
Quote:So, if it isn't the gain that causes the transistor to saturate, which magical property does Unfortunately I wrote the reply too late at night so not everything I described...

Using transistor to switch the power of KST-TX01
Restart00 wrote:probably because the transistor has a gain >100 up to a collector current of 100mA. When you are using a transistor as a switch there is not much point to refer to...

Using transistor to switch the power of KST-TX01
Quote:When the base is fed with 5 Volt (Vbe = 0.73V) no connection is made from collector to emitter That doesn't make sense. A transistor biased like this is turned on, something...

smd 5v or 3.3v isolated power supply....
I'm not sure where you can buy them, I originally saw them in ebay (there is a seller there). By the way I haven't used them so I can't say anything about their performance. I...

Basic Voltage reg circuit.
I think you will be better off using a switching regulator to get better efficiency and less heat. For 24v output 4A and input of 34v you will get 40W of heat which is a lot....
