SCL in I2C stuck low in PCA9554 when more than 2 are connedcted.
In case anyone cares, here's the spec sheet for the driver chip involved.    http://www.nxp.com/documents/data_sheet/PCA9554_9554A.pdf   I note they're all SMT....
