You could try a divide an concor tactic. check lower 8 bits if they are 0 shift down 8bits and 8 to counter check lower 4 bits if they are 0 shift down 4 bits and add 4 to counter...

I don't think there is a ready solution for that. Probably you will be forced to speak to Adobe and they could port it for an insaly large sum. Or posibly there is an open sorce...

Just pointing out about Atmel it might be possible to get them to test AVR:s at a highter speed so you could get AVR:s tested for 16.4MHz but I expect you will haveto pay thrue...

Due to a bug in the AVR hardware you should never use EEPROM adress 0 as it may be corupted when powering down. Try an other address, might help. Best of luck.
