i allways use a 10K resistor ( this is not a ood reason, i know). and from atmel datasheet i have found this TA = -40°C to +85°C, VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V (unless otherwise noted)...

use a 10k resistor instead of the 4K7 in your reset line. connect your analog power supply (avcc and agnd). Add a capacitor as close you can your µc vcc pin.
