WOW dahm!!!! That's one expensice cable :) But isn't the cable just a regular flat-cable ? Should be able to use one you can buy from farnell f.ex ?

check if you using the jtag pins to something, probably pc2-5 as js mentioned, I didn't bother looking in the datasheet :) Cause if you have connected something to those portpins...
