noise/garbage affecting LCD
Try putting a 100n cap across the switch. It will reduce the spark/glitch/noise created when you switch off.

CodeVision Sample code for LCD + ATmega168 not working
According to the code the chip is 8515, not 168. Try disconnect the ISP. Why don't you show the actual code you've used? It makes it easier for us to pinpoint the problem.

Programming of SHT11 and SHT15 are the same, only specs differs some. As the display doesn't show time it seems like you're not getting contact with the SHT15. Check all wiring....
