I have following problem with xmega32a4u uart D interrupt:
If I have PDI cable connected (AVRISP MK2) everything works, if I disconnect PDI cable everything still works, if I restart xmega (disconnect power, connect it again) without pdi cable uartd interrupt do not 'fire', everything else works normally. When power is on and I reset xmega by connecting reset pin to gnd everything starts work OK.

Solved, I had one pin change handler missing.
