I'm trying to use the ADC on an XMEGA (specifically the long fabled 16D4) and I need a second opinion on something. Looking at the XMega A manual (doc8077, they don't have one for D out yet) it lists one of the possible reference voltages as being "Internal Vcc/1.6V", but in the XMega ADC Application note (doc8032)it lists "Internal Vcc - 0.6V". Does anyone know which of these is correct? Thanks.

??? Not an A4? And you have a real one?!?

Vcc - 0.6V is Max VREF in the A series. Is that what the app note is referring to?

[My guess is the app note is wrong, but probably a "real" Xmega A user will need to comment.]

You can put lipstick on a pig, but it is still a pig.

I've never met a pig I didn't like, as long as you have some salt and pepper.

No, not a real one. I have someone higher up the chain telling me that is what we *will* be using. After hunting around this forum I'm starting to have doubts though.

LOL -- next thing you will be sent out on a "snipe hunt", or to procure a "left-handed monkey wrench".
