Hey guys, just another question:

I want to place my dragon on some stands ( like this : http://www.moneymachines.com/rub... ). They are selfadhesive (have some glue on their other side). Now: I know that dragons (especialy the power supply of it) is rather sensitive to touch, or even randomness for that matter.

The question: Can I put those stands (whats the proper name anyway? when I googled for the image, only nonsense came out) safely on the dragons four sides without slaying it? Anyone have any experience with these stands?

Thanks,

David

Digikey's catalog refers to such items as "bump ons". I've been planning to put some on my dragon. Without having tested them on the dragon, I'll feel comfortable doing so after testing that the adhesive is non-conductive.

I've used similar(square ones) rubber feet for many years. They are not conductive. The adhesive does someting to bare copper but doesn't destroy it.
I also have a card from Analog Devices that came with those rubber feet mounted.
They are great in preventing the board from direct contact with surface beneath.
The ones I use are probably a bit higher than the ones on your picture.
