Where to buy ATXMega32A4U devices??

I want to get my hands on these Xmega U series chips...really could do with the fix on ADC.
But Avenetexpress is showing 55$ (and 69$) international postage!!! I only want 4 of these chips :(

1) Studio 4.18 build 716 (SP3)
2) WinAvr 20100110
3) PN, all on Doze XP... For Now
A) Avr Dragon ver. 1
B) Avr MKII ISP, 2009 model
C) MKII JTAGICE ver. 1

So as far as the ADC can the U series have an external voltage reference of 3.3V ?

No. Did you even check the datasheet?

Yes I did and found no indication that it could. Hence the question to confirm.

Then you did not read enough. Look at the electrical chara, VREF max: AVcc - 0.6.

So if you run at VCC 3.6V, Vref can be 3.0V max.

Xmegas have TWO datasheets and you need to have both , "Preliminary" and "Manual" . Such answers are in the first 'sheet .

That was my mistake. I downloaded the "manual".
