What is the difference about xmega128A1 and xmega128A1U

Hi,

 

I use ATxmega128. I programed the SPI communication for CC1101(ti chip) using PE4(CE),PE5(MOSI),PE6(MISO),PE7(SCLK) 

 

I confirmed that the reading and writing to an internal register(MARC STATE register and atc..) of CC1101 was possible normally when I used a model number "ATxmega128A1".

 

However, in the case of a model number "ATxmega128A1U", the access to a CC1101's register is not possible at all.

 

 

I have 6 pieces of boards, and three pieces set ATxmega128A1U on board, and three pieces set ATxmega128A1 on board

The SPI communication of the board of ATxmega128A1 does not have any problem, but cannot do it in ATxmega128A1U.

 

 

 

 

I would like to know whether influence is reflected on SPI communication in the model number difference comes, would you tell me it?

Transparency : I don't yet operate XMEGA128A1U.

Could find only one instance of "SPI" in the migration application note.
