I have some structs in the code and some have char arrays in them. I can't seem to edit the name field of the array (in order to add ,c or ,s), only of the struct. Is this a known issue?

Shouldn't you show an example of what you are talking about?  Can't edit something?

What cliff said, watch the member itself to add the format expression...

Here I've added a struct called directory to the watch window.

The 1st member is defined as an array char long_name[32], I would like the hex value to be displayed as text and the rest of the fields to remain numeric.

The member long_name itself can not be modified only directory itself can be modified and that's not what I am after. BTW in this case I'm not sure why this value is being displayed.

Like we've said. Make a separate watch on directory.long_name,s
