I hope not! Updates AS7 yesterday and now tried to use the JTAG Mk3 for debugging and I get this:

 

 

hopefully a false positive??

Interesting however the warning popped up as soon as I plugged in the JTAG and did the firmware update.

 

It shows that's the mchpwinusbdevice.exe file so I gave it an exemption, if my bank account is empty tomorrow Microchip will be in troubles.

 

oh and my AVG is updated automatically daily or more than once a day at times.
