No, it will solder itself and immediately start working.

Just hold it down with a finger. You need to press quite hard.

I looked at all the breakout boards on the sparkfun site and didnt see one for the adxl335. Then I went to the schmartboards site and they dont have a picture of the darn boards on the products page. Crazy. How can they sell anything if you cant select what you want by looking at it?!? I believe it is abundantly clear that these are in fact printed circuit boards, suitable for soldering chips onto them.

Huh? There's pictures right on the main page on sparkfun, digikey, mouser. You need to see what the darn gizmo looks like to decide if thats the thing you want.

QFN ic's are of two types:
1)with small Pins cuming out and the 2) no pin coming out

adxl335 is of 2nd category

now,i have no solution to solder the adxl since i dont have any soldering iron(thinnest pin one) .
i will order schmart board only if i get ensured that when i will place my ic in that slot made for ic and put a tape to get it fixed then it should work.
it should not be like that if i put the ic the lines of the pin dont touch ic's base.
so help me out to find a asolution that will schmart board support adxl335 if i dont solder it rather just fix it in the slot.
or soldering is neccssary??
BEACAUSE IF I HAVE TO SOLDER ONLY WHY THE HACK I WILL ORDER SCHMART BOARD.

"Why the heck" is the actual term.

If you can't solder it then you're up shit creek then.

Using tape etc, is not an option. You were obviously too lazy to do the research yourself - either that or your Goggle was borken. Because of this, people were taking the piss.

I would probably use a hot air tool to solder this little beasty. For you though, the easiest way forward is to purchase the Sparkfun breakout board.

Correct. But those websites DO NOT show you the millions of parts they have on the product page. It is only AFTER you tell it what you want to look at that the pretty pictures come up. :)

So you want a M32 it will show you the Mega32 in all it's forms.

In my product page you want to know more about say, the DXIO-6, you click on that button and the pretty picture and more info pops up.

In the Schmartboard website when you click on the Product it will bring up a list of different TYPES of boards. You want a through hole type (first line L/H side) click on that then all the options including pictures come up.

I got some QFP adaptors 100 pins 0.5mm, clicked on the QFP link and all they have in that range appear.
