Good day

We are using a SAMA5D24B with a Telit 3G modem connected via a HSIC interface.  With some black magic, I have been able to get the chip and modem to talk at last.  The modem supports LPM, and according to EHCI 1.1 Addendum, the EHCI interface should also support this protocol.  For the life of me I cannot figure out how this should work.  I can also not see that the ehci-atmel driver supports LPM.  Is this the case?  Does not seem like anything other than XHCI supports it.  Does anyone have experience with this?

Can anyone point to a forum where this question might make more sense if not here?  I'm a bit new to kernel/driver development.

Kind regards

Christo

What I have learned was that LPM does not work on a EHCI interface.  The only interface that supports this in the linux kernel is the XHCI.  The SAMA5 series does not have this interface if I understand correctly.
