After hours to debug, i call your help

My atmega8, with ft232, doesn't receive from my pc...
My pc receive correctly char from the chip...
I try several things, back to the tutorial programm off this site.

I don't receive anything on the atmega, as the led's of rs232/usb TX and RX are lighting, sign off transmission.

But my pc can't send anything.

I'm on 8n1, 9600, i verified clock, fuses...

Have you an idea?

(on the computer i try with a serial terminal, with kontrollerlab... Nothing , i just can't send
