typical resistance of a broken MLC capacitor?

hi guys,

I just got a 10ohm resistance reading from one power supply input net on my PCB. So now I'm looking for the broken component. This net has two 0402 0.1uF MLC decoupling capacitors and the IN pin of TPS76728 and two gates pin of power MOSFETs.

I'm suspecting the capacitor. So anyone have the experience of typical resistance of a broken MLC capacitor?

I am very new to SMT (just did my first steps) and found a 20kOhm resistance in one out of 10 capacitors, 100 nF. And I don't think there will be a typical resistance.

10 Ohm on 3V --> 300 mA --> 900 mW or
10 Ohm on 5V --> 500 mA --> 2500 mW

In both cases there should hot spot, and maybe holy smoke.

ok, find the reason, it's not those capacitors, it's a ESD protection IC which is broken.
