A simple question, when I do a build in AS7 I can see the errors tab, then I click on an error and it hides itself. How can I stop it doing this? The older AS's didn't do this.
Select the checkbox "Auto Hide button affects active tool window only".
Then my error list stays visible. My life is now complete!
even easier if you do not want them to be visible always in the end...
just click on the pin icon that is in the top of the window when it is docked, it will not auto hide.
I personally use it a lot. when writing larger blocks of coe or comapring things I only am interested in the code, but when correcting errors or on other ocasions when it does become interesting I just hit the pin and the window will stay visible.
