Hi there,

I have 2 diodes in through hole package and I need to find the same diodes (similar characteristics) in SMD package.

The diodes are, high voltage Fast Recovery:
HER107 and
FR107

Do you have any idea?

Thanks

Michael.

Leon,

1. For FR107:
The BYM11-1000 seems to be similar to FR107. Ok.

2. For HER107:
The HER107 is a little bit faster than the BYM11, because it has a reverse recovery time of 75ns. This characteristic is very critical for my application. Is there any other part number for this?

Michael.

Just use a supplier like Farnell or RS that lets you choose a device on various parameters.

Digi-key has a live online chat tech support. Might be worth a try.

ES1JL is a good material, but I have a problem with the voltage. The rms reverse voltage is too low for my needs (it's only 420V).

But thank you anyway.

Michael.
