Testing optimization for AVR GCC code

Hi Freaks,
I was reading the AVR035 app. note for efficient C code for AVR's and read that you can compile on a module by module basis for a full speed optimization to see if you get lower code size vs. speed optimization. How do you do this in AVRStudio?

In the Project Options, select Custom Options, mark the file and add the optimization switch on the right.
