I have downloaded and tested atmels "Slim CAN Bootloader" and it works well together with Flip. But connecting multiple boards with the same bootloader installed screws things up. As I understand it, you are ment to add an offset to addresses manually and compile and program each board separately.

The thing is I have many boards that are exactly the same. They are placed together in a system very close to the end of the assembly and I would like to have the same bootloader installed in all of them, it would simplify things a lot and reduce numer of errors.

Has anyone found or made a solution for this? So that  can boot all boards up and then select which of them to program if needed.
