Hello,

I would like to generate an SVF ( serial vector format ) file for a generic JTAG "player" for an UC3L064 part. I tried searching, but all that came up was some ancient version of AVRsvf, which doesn't even know about AVR32.

Is there any tool for this?

Thanks,

David

There are pointy haired bald people.
Time flies when you have a bad prescaler selected.

Hi daqq,

I know, that your post is older than 6 months, but maybe you found an answer to you question.

I am also looking for a converter, which will make a svf-file out of a hex- or bin-file. (sth. that can be created with AVR-Studio5)

I would be glad to get an advice.

Thanks

I wrote to the atmel support and they sent me a link for a beta tool, which is able to make svf files out of bin files.
the following devices are supported:

32UC3A0512
32UC3A0256
32UC3A0128
32UC3A1512
32UC3A1256
32UC3A1128
32UC3B0256
32UC3B0128
32UC3B064
32UC3B1256
32UC3B1128
32UC3B164
32UC3L064
32UC3L032
32UC3L016

also, some atmegas and xmegas are supported aswell.

They did include a device list with the following properties:

page size, erase delay, id, idmask, flashcontroller, default fuses.
Im not sure if it is configurable to fit for my uc3c.
I can send you the tool, just ask me (PN).

Any guesses whether it is possible to adjust the properties and use it for the uc3c?
