Hi folks, I've installed the GNU32 toolchain and then the Studio32. However the GNU toolchain has not been intergrated into the Studio32.

Any advise?

Um, try installing the 'other' way round?
Disclaimer: I don't use the 32 bit stuff!
If things don't work one way, try another!
If you're on windows (probably), reboot between each install!

The GNU Toolchain is integrated within AVR32 Studio, so you should not install any other 32-bit AVR toolchains, as they might conflict with the one provided by AVR32 Studio. Make sure you use v2.6 or later of studio, as earlier ones needed the addition toolchain installation.

Never got it to work folks. Not only is the toolchain not there but the software frameworks are also missing.

I might try an older version if I cannot get it to work.

Any advise is extremely welcome.

Sounds like something is seriously wrong with your installation, I got both software framework v1.7 and the latest AVR GNU Toolchain embedded within both AVR32 Studio v2.6 and v2.7. The toolchain is within the plugins directory inside the avr32studio directory.

Toolchain is integrated in A32S 2.7, so if you want to use it form a command line tool, check your PATH settings.
