Do you notice that with some AVR the  Simulator delivers in studio 7 has an erratic functioning, for Example with an ATtiny 441 .. The window EEPROM is never refreshed, the code compiles in the file LSS and the code in the window disasembly is not the same, in the  disassembly window it appears some Rjmp +000 ie: an infinite loop or unknown code line lines with ??…  the same line in the lss file is OK.... The step by step advance  do not work ... Instruction Switch placed in the infinite loop of the main are not run, if an IF condition replace the SWITCH case the simulator run in the IF brakets! Switch instruction place outside the main loop are run, the conditional connections do not work always. With an ATmega 128 the simulator works is ok! Its is very crazy!
