Im looking for a example code to wake-up microchip SAMR34  from STANDBY Sleep mode using EXTINT function.
I've tried" https://www.microchip.com/forums/m1095243.aspx
but function eint_chan_conf.wake_if_sleeping = true; doesnt work for SAMR34.

Just to warn you that this ASF forum is within the AVR8 section here so you may not get too many ARM users reading this. One thing that strikes me about your post however is

doesnt work for SAMR34
does not actually say very much. No one here knows what you mean by "does not work"

Whether you post more here or in an ARM forum you may want to add some detail as to what you have tried to use, what you expected to happen, what actually happens.

wake_if_sleeping  is not available for SAMR34 (and it is available in the examples for other microcontrollers from this family).

I am looking for a solution to wake up the microcontroller from standby mode via the GPIO event (I do not want to reset the device) .

I solved the problem, everything is in the ASF examples:
