Hi all,

I'm facing an issue with debugging on Atmel Studio 7, build 1417, Atmega324P MCU using Atmel ICE or JTAGICE3. I'm using windows 10 64bit.

Firstly, these two debuggers successfully download the program to my MCU, only debugging is failed. The FUSES has JTAGEN checked.

The error occurs when I press "Start Debugging and break", the studio write program done --> error pop up.

If you have any idea to resolve this issue, please share me. Thank you so much.

Do you have the Atmel ICE selected in the TOOLS section for the project? You can find this by hitting ALT-F7.  Look at the Debugger/Programmer and INTERFACE dropdowns.

Yes, sure. I have selected the right tool. And can download the program into chip successfully. Only have problem with debugging.

So sorry, it's because of software code has lock the FUSEs it self. So the debugging failed.
