So, while we're talking about the output of the GCC compiler, how about Studio, when you're failing to program the silly chip. Well, actually reading the eprom here.

Why the annoying popup message? You already told me I screwed up down below where I'm watching for the success message. And besides, you left the led on my ISP MK II flashing red, so I'll have to unplug the programmer, close the popup, and close and restart the programming window itself before it will let me try again.

Ok, at least it doesn't give us the popup 4 times like it used to.

Torby, you would be amazed by the amount of people that don't read the log text, but expect to get a big box of error. Preferably with a pink-hue blinking border and an animated gif of a sad cat...

(Although, the early spamalot of boxes might have been slightly excessive)

Long text? It says, "Reading EEPROM failed."

No, log. As in the log.

There isn't one. It says "Reading EEPROM failed." No long log to read. It says it right there where you watch for the success message.
