SchmartBoard SMT-to-DIP
This was announced recently for 1.27mm (50mil) and 0.65mm pitch SOPs (like 0.65mm Atmel 20X TSSOP for ATtiny167).

Or make a pcb directly,avoiding test boards with jumpers,cables.Make improvements,corrections and then make the final pcb.
Because some times is impossible to make a pcb from a test board.
