Setting oscillator bits with JTAG-ICE?

I've recently used JTAG-ICE for the first time to debug a program, but I can't figure out how to set the crystal oscillator bits.

Could someone give me a hint?

Select JTAG-ICE as your programmer.

Go to the Fuses tab, and select your clock source and write them.

If you are using a STK500, you need to set the jumpers and install a crystal. If you are using an external board, you MUST have the crystal in place.
