Hello,

First of all, I´m sorry if is a stupid question, but I´m starting. I want to manufacture a self-capacitance slider, and I have found in the datasheets that it should be done with 3 channels.

On the other hand, in atmel studio, I can control 8 channels per slider (both mutual and self).

My questions are:

- How many channels could I have in a slider if I´m going to control it with a SAMD21?? How can I know the maximum number of channels for all the MCUs??, I mean, what features should I look for in each MCU to know the maximun number of channels. (SOFTWARE)

- How many channels per slider should I have?? What considerations should I take into account when deciding how many?? (HARDWARE)

Sorry for my English too.

Thanks.
