Hi all,

I am a bit confused about the schematic interface of SD card with ATmega128 in SPI mode. I have read through the posts but am a bit confused.

I am running my micro ATMega128 at 3.3v so, there is no problem with voltage levels between micro and SD card.

I have seen the recommended design on the FatFS link
http://elm-chan.org/fsw/ff/00ind...

I could not find all the components.

I have changed it a bit due to the components unavailability.

Do we require to wire the D1 and D2 lines ?

Pls let me know if this works or is there another way of interfacing with Uc.

Nope I used that very same schematic from ffexamples.zip with an atmega128 and just wired the 9 active wires and it worked just fine.

I did it as per the original PNG but dropping the FET and inductor with the upper side of R5..R9 connected direct to Vcc. I didn't bother with the LED and current limiting resistor either.
