I am using SAML21 microcontroller for a project. I need a Gang Programmer from which I can program about 5 to 6 boards at a time. Anyone knows any Gang Programmer for SAML21 series?

I should imagine that any Gang programmer which supports ARM Cortex-M would do it?

Pretty sure Segger have options ...

Also try googling "production programmer"
