Hi,

I think I have found an error in the data sheet.
In Table 1-2 it is stated that all SAM-variants have a position decoder - regadless of pin count or package.
This seems to be wrong!

When looking in Table 6-1 (Multiplexed Peripheral Signals) the position decoder is only available on port C,
which is absent on devices with 64 or 48 pins!
Where can I report this error?

This topic has a solution.

Maybe I am misunderstanding your question, but I think you are mistaken about the position decoder signals not being available on the 48 and 64 pin packages.

PDEC[0] is available on PA24 and PB23, PDEC[1] is available on PA25 and PDEC[2] is available on PB22. All of those pins are present in every package that the SAM D5x/E5x comes in.
