SAMD11: Windows can't get the device descriptor

Hi Team,

 

I am using the ATSAMD11C14A with no external crystals to keep BOM costs down. As is it is a simple application I thought I didn't really need the accuracy from the external crystal, I'm making an ISP.

 

I have the basic "quick start" app on my device (converted to the D11 from the D21 example app) and it appears that I simply cannot get my descriptor to be read. I have left the conf_usb.h file as default and these are my conf_clocks.h and main.c file:

I played around a little with the "CONF_CLOCK_DFLL_LOOP_MODE" an defined it as both closed and recovery, but neither worked :(
