Hi guys,

that's my first forum message, I hope to have post the topic in the right section..

Using the microcontroller ATSAMD51J18A

I have captured a "frequency" using the TC0 in 32 bit mode, with 200MHz clock etc...using the interrupt on rising edge.

It works!

Now the Question:

Can I use the DMA to perform the same operation? Catch the captured values in a DMA destination buffer...

I have configure the DMA, but In the ATMEL START, I see only the "TC0 match/compare" as trigger source...no reference to "capture"

Thank you in advance

Bye

Just to warn you that you probably posted in the "wrong place". Sure, if you are asking specific questions about ASF then this is, indeed, the correct forum but for reasons best known to them Atmel have chosen to bury this ASF forum within the AVR section of this website. So almost all readers here are AVR not ARM users. So if you have a general question about operating ARM chips you might be better off asking beneath here:

https://community.atmel.com/foru...

At a rough guess I'd think the "Atmel Cortex-M" section there might be most appropriate
