Hello All,

I am using sam-ba.exe from the command line to flash new firmware onto a design using an ATSAML21J18B.  Following the example in the documentation I have success with the following command:

sam-ba.exe COM21 "saml21_xplained_pro[not factory programmed]" test.tcl > logfile.log 2>&1

In the documentation it states that the last bit is optional and is used to reroute stdout and stderr to a file.  With that option used you end up getting a completely blank command window until the entire operation is completed and then everything is available in the log file.  I need to get the status info to print to the command window while the process is going on (as it does when using the gui).  I thought that by deleting this bit:  "> logfile.log 2>&1" from the command I would be able to see the progress indication in the terminal, but it's still just blank with no feedback whatsoever.  Does anyone know what I could do to get this functionality?  As of right now I don't even know where the output is generated from.  Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
