hi guys , i need some advices about a project that i'm working on . So I try to make a webserver with the RFID tags that i read using arduino and esp8266 nodemcu . So i read the uid and i can send it to the esp8266 nodemcu and see it on the serial monitor in arduino , i send that uid using uart serial communication between arduino and esp8266 and now from esp8266 i created a webpage using html and esp8266 and i need to send the readed rfid tag UID to the webserver somehow but i have no clue , i tried to send the sensor data to a text file and then read the .txt file in html so it will be sended tot the actual webpage but it didn't work . I readed about some php database , and mysql but i am new to this so i don't know wich option is better , any help is appreciated if someone know wich is the easiest way to send the rfid sensor data to the webpage/webserver and what should i use . Thanks in advance

Personally i’d just use a esp32 and a rfid module. Arduino supports esp32 so this gets rid of another cpu.
How to send the data to a webserver? There’s zillions of tutorials on the web. With http you could POST a json encoded packet with the uid. Or you could run a mosquitto mqtt broker on your server and use something like node-red to manage the data. Esp8266/esp32 have libraries to send mqtt data.
Php is a programming language, mysql is a database. Make sure you understand this.
