RFID RC522 with atmega8 doesn't work

Encontré las funciones que necesito para configurar el RC522 sin arduino pero no funciona. He estado leyendo la hoja de datos del microcontrolador y buscando las funciones del registro y todo está bien. Estoy probando el proyecto en un protoboard con 5 voltios y derivando 

3.3 voltios con resistencias al módulo. Solo quiero que la RFID me dé el UID de las tarjetas y lo muestre en una pantalla LCD. Gracias: D

No habla espanol. Translatigo via Google por favour.

Why do you think it is the code? With the other thread it turned out to be the 5V regulator.
