Recommendation for SMPS IC

Guys, ... a quicky: I am looking for a small SMPS IC

In: LiIon battery, 4.2V full, 3.6V depleted, 300mAh, Out: needs to feed an AVR-circuit, @3.3V, but preferrable 3.6V, max 160mA.
Size is an issue, especially height.

not sure if its quite what you are looking for but its Nationals webench suggestion for your basic specs.

edit: package micro smd
length =1.82 mm
width = 1.67mm
height = 0.6 mm
pitch = 0.5 mm

TPS62200(adj.) or TPS62203(3,3 V) could be a good choice, though SOT23-5 is not that thin.
