Hello,

I'm looking for something to replace our current LCD display modules (simple graphic displays) with an e-ink one (to save on power, since they don't change often). Ideally, this would be an SPI/I2C or some such connected module with nothing else (driver and such integrated). The size should be 10 cm max in any direction.

Is there anyone that supplies some kind of standard modules in low quantities (hundreds max.) that are reasonably priced (sparkfun has something similar: http://www.sparkfun.com/products... , but it's 80USD/piece)?

Thanks,

David

I just went through a search for something similar. I contacted the E-Ink people directly and no standard graphic display existed yet. I was with a major company so I believe I had their full sales attention. I think they have more business than they can handle at the moment.

http://www.mouser.com/sharpmemorylcd/ may satisfy some of your requirements. Low to very low static and 1Hz power consumption.
