The 232 protocol command of AMX's NP-Rel8 relay must hit the enter key at the end, which command can I use instead of it? The center control I have now does not support the hit enter command.

This topic has a solution.

Surely, you need to be asking AMX that?

which command can I use instead of it?

If that's the command, then that's what you have to use!

Why is that a problem?

Are you really asking how to send a CR (or CRLF) ?

The center control I have now

So what "center control" do you have? Have you contacted them for support with their product?

Did you try Bray's terminal?  It may suit your needs

I add \n\r to the end of the command and it works.

Really?

It would be more conventional to use \r\n - aka "CRLF" - so the Carriage Return first, followed by the Line Feed.

Maybe you actually just need one of them - not both?

etc, ...
