Hi All!

I have a few problems with make. I use win2k, and use the avrfreaks distro.

In the makefile, where I define the sourcefiles, Ive got something like 15 or 16 files. If I add one more file. I.E the length of the list gets bigger than about 200 characters long in total, I get the following error message:

make.exe: *** [] error 3

If I reduce the length of the filenames to a lot less, everything works fine.

Any of you experienced this one??

Is there a maximum length of lists defined in the makefile?

In my make file:

SRC = $(TRG).c printf_P.c sbrk.c pl_uart.c powerloop.c monitor.c systemtimer.c postmortem.c usart.c Fsm.c FsmTimer.c TestFSM.c HW.c MsgTrace.c FsmTrace.c pl_loop_ctrl_protocolFSM.c pl_managerFSM.c pl_ping_managerFSM.c

I use GNU Make version 3.78.1

regards gtoo

Hello

Look at the attachment

Try to split up

SRC1 = ...c ...c
SRC2 = ...c ...c

SRC = $(TRG).c $(SRC1) $(SRC2)
