Problem programming UC3B0512

Hello,

I am using AVR32 studio 2.7 and when trying to program the UC3B0512 I get the following error:

Connected to AVR ONE! 00000BEBCD8E version 4.16.
Querying file system information.
FPGA file avr32 version 4.0 loaded.
JTAG clock is configured at 10.023 MHz.
Unlocking page failed
Error reading memory word from 0xfffe1408.
SAB read from address 0x5fffe1408 failed.
sabRead:
An error response was received from the emulator. Response code: 0xD4

Reading the MCU info works fine.

When trying to debug the following error appears:

Failed writing 0x00000000 (???) to OCD register 22 (BWC0A)

Does anyone know what could be the problem?

Unbelievable!! I have been struggling with this the whole day. I even installed AVR Studio 5... and AVR Studio 5 was able to program the part without problems, but the applicattion didn't worked as expected. So I stepped through the code and found that the device was hanging when changing to the oscillator 0...So, I reworked the the chip with the soldering iron and dproblem solved!! Now I am able to program the device using AVR32 Studio!! Interesting...

AVR32 Studio (through avr32program and the -c option) can use the external osc to speed up the programming (AVR Studio 5.0 don't), so if you had an issue on your board with the oscillator, that could explain the problem.
