Hello guyz :D,
I'm trying to connect my PC with RS-232.
Avr remains in a loop sending characters to PC.
From the PC side I use Bray terminal.
I use in both 9600-8-1-N.
The problem is that Max232 without VCC connected sends zeros..
With VCC connected no data is send to the PC.
I've followed this Schematic for max 232 connection.
Any hardwar-istic (or not) Suggestions??

This is a forum for AVR32 chips, not AVR (8-bit) ones :-). Try reposting on a more appropriate forum.
On the AVR forum the first thing they're likely to tell you is to check your clock source and baud rate divider. 99% for AVR USART problems are just wrong clock rate (at one level or another).
The schematic looks fine. Also make sure the caps you're using were fitted in the correct orientation (if they're polarized). That's common mistake #2. If you've got a multimeter check the voltages between gnd, V+ and V-. You should see 2*VCC and -2*VCC on those pins respectively.

I've made the circuit again(bottmom to top) and now seems to work fine.

I bet he did not mean he used another schematic, I bet he ment he pulled all the wires and connected them again according to the same schematic and that fixed it.
Thomls Indeed, bad interpretation from me. On my side, I solved the problem, I did a wrong pin association, when creating the package under Eagle. I used the same schematic as ichionid
