hello,
i have a problem with the AVRISP in case of programming the flash.
It works on some COM ports fine but on others i got an error message when AVRStudio is trying to programm the flash.
obviously the problem has something to do with the rs232 transmit signal which comes out of the AVRISP. the signal looks a little bit strange with a very slow falling edge and this obviously causes a problem on some UART's in the PC.
does anyone has a shematic of this part so i can see, how the transmit signal is generated?

many thanks in advance
gerhard

G'day,
look at Application Note AVR910 - has the schematic as well.

hello klaus,
thanks for your answer, but in AVR910 a simple low cost programmer is mentioned (including the schematic), but this is not the same as AVRISP, because in AVRISP 2 AVR's are included. one is a AT 90S1200 and the second one is a AT90LS8535.

greetings
gerhard
