pls help - XPLAIN Mini failed after Reset

I burned my xplained mini for good. It will taka a month untill i'll get back in business ! Need a professional advice what to do the whole month without microcontrollers !

Read a book about microcontrollers.

Google "microcontrollers"

Create some Proteus projects on your favourite microcontrollers and ask the Proteus forum when it does not work.

Still kinda wierd how i killed that little board. I pulled reset pin to ground and it stooped working

Pulling the reset pin to ground shouldn't have zorched it, unless you got it too close to your tusks.

When you let the reset float, did the avr exit from the reset state and fetch the instruction from from address zero and start executing?

I noticed that 328 chip still executes the program i last flashed. It is the mdbg that failed i guess. When i connect the board to pc - nothing happens as is nothing is connected. 328 starts to execute the program though.
